Inaugurated in November 2021 by Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki, the hub is strategically located at the Nigerian Observer premises on Airport Road, opposite the Vegetable Market. The facility boasts state-of-the-art amenities designed to support various creative endeavors, including music production, film making, and live performances. Notably, it houses a world-class audio and video editing studio equipped with the latest DAVINCI Resolve technology and a Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 sound system, distinguishing it as one of only four such installations in Nigeria .
